Qualifications

• 1+ year leading teams of 10–30+ people in a retail setting.
• 2+ years motivating high‑performing teams, preferably in retail or visual merchandising.
• 3+ years of retail experience, ideally in home goods or related categories.
• Experience managing shipments, inventory organization, and returns/exceptions.
• Comfort coordinating furniture assembly and overseeing reverse logistics.
• Experience verifying pricing accuracy and conducting audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store functions including sales performance, asset protection, safety, and customer engagement.
