The ASM will balance strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, coaching 10–30+ associates, and driving sales, service, and operations to meet targets.

You'll use data and feedback to optimize merchandising, train staff on product knowledge, and maintain Brand presentation while supporting peak business periods and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1+ years leading a team of 10–30+ individuals.
• Spend ~80% of time on the sales floor coaching and observing.
• 3+ years of retail experience in home/furnishings or related.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Analytical, data-driven decision maker.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations across sales, service, asset protection, and visual merchandising.
• Coach and develop teams with role-plays and goal-based coaching.
• Create exceptional customer experiences and resolve escalations.
• Own product knowledge training for key categories like mattresses, appliances, and home renovation.
• Maintain brand presentation and implement promotional updates.
