Job summary

Acima is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a partner store location in the United States. You will support the Store Manager with account management and sales activities while delivering excellent customer service.

You will drive conversions by reviewing lease applications, promoting Acima's leasing benefits, and collaborating with retail partners to process web orders and credit turns down applications. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth through web, partner stores, and walk-ins.
• Identify and fulfill customer needs promptly.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms and process.
• Close sales by converting applications in-store and online.
• Collaborate with Acima partner stores and report to Store Manager.
