Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings and closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in and complete a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare for success.
