Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single Panda Express store. You will hire, coach and direct associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

A 3+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success. The role offers hands-on paid training, ongoing leadership development, and a strong benefits package, including health coverage and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and train store staff through leadership development programs.
• Collaborate to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
