Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a Panda Express store. You will hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. A multi-week leadership training program is provided to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
