Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store and help hire, manage and direct of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and guidance to store team to maintain smooth operations and guest service.
• Participate in leadership training and apply learnings to daily store management.
