Panda Restaurant Group is looking for an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda Express store, supporting daily operations, staffing, and guest experience. A 3+ weeks leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

You will work with a team to meet financial goals while ensuring high-quality guest service, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth into management positions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store under guidance.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in store leadership training prior to full responsibilities.
