Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store and direct of associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for management responsibilities.
• Contribute to hiring, training and development of team members to drive store success.
