Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single Panda Express store in Oregon. You will hire, lead and coach associates to hit financial targets while delivering excellent guest experiences.

A 3+ week store leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. The role requires a high school diploma, geographic mobility within 50 miles of home, and a flexible schedule including openings and closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities
