The role blends sales, merchandising, and day-to-day operations, with responsibilities ranging from cashiering and stock pulls to training Teammates and leading the team in the manager’s absence.

The Assistant Manager Position is a progression from the AIT position and therefore includes additional high level duties that

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to coach and lead teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and deliver legendary service.
• Assist with cash handling and merchandise display.
• Lead and train Teammates; act as Store Manager in absence.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding.
• Maintain store standards and loss prevention practices.
• Meet sales goals and contribute to store performance.
