Buckle in Layton, UT is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training plus Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive guest service, merchandising, and daily operations while developing Teammates and preparing for Store Manager responsibilities.

Responsibilities include leading sales efforts, training new Teammates, and maintaining high standards in all store areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service and retail sales environments.
• Ability to train and motivate teammates and lead by example.
• Strong understanding of merchandising and store presentation.
