Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty when Store Manager is absent for scheduling, customer issues, and escalations.
• Oversee staff through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up to meet sales/tasks targets.
• Apply discipline steps as needed and stay aligned with company policies.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and adherence to Brand Standards.
• Schedule and staff the store; participate in recruiting and training.
• Support customer experience by implementing selling strategies and resolving issues.
