Carter’s Inc. in Port Reading, New Jersey, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will be the first face of the brand for growing families.

You’ll lead a welcoming team, coach associates, and help drive sales with an emphasis on service, product knowledge, and omnichannel experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and develop staff, manage schedules, analyze KPI metrics, and ensure operational controls.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsabilidades

• Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features and benefits.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, and development of store team.
• Plan, track, analyze, and report completion of tasks and financial results using company tools.
• Partner with Store Manager to plan merchandising standards and promotions.
• Reduce loss through customer service and operational controls.
