Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach staff, and ensure outstanding customer service in our Montgomery County, PA location. You will act as manager on duty, oversee scheduling, training, and performance, and uphold brand standards across merchandising and store presentation.

You will drive sales, mentor teammates, manage inventory and cash, and collaborate with store leadership to deliver a welcoming shopping experience.

• Ability to lead store operations and teams.
• Experience in retail environment and customer service.
• Ability to manage schedules, training, and discipline.

Mansioni

• Act as Manager on duty when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and coach store associates through training programs and goals.
