Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred in leadership roles.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy, confidence, and solutions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Help manage opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Keep the store organized, customer-ready, and operating smoothly while following procedures.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled and assist hiring and training.
