Kay Jewelers Outlet is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving daily sales and profitability while ensuring exceptional customer service. You will help develop team members through training and coaching and support recruitment efforts.

The role emphasizes integrity, diversity, teamwork and career growth with promotion from within, including training in sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit projections and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; recruit and select staff.
• Enforce all Company policies and procedures and perform other operational and strategic duties.
