Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners; basic computer software/hardware.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager to meet sales and profit projections.
• Develop skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation; coach team members.
• Recruitment and selection of team members.
• Enforce all Company policies and procedures and perform other operational duties.
