Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets while upholding the brand's commitment to exceptional customer experience. You'll develop team members through training, recruit staff, enforce company policies, and drive standards across operations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends

Responsabilités

• Assist the Store Manager in daily focus on standards achievement to meet sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction; develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruitment and selection of team members.
• Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures and perform other operational and strategic duties.
