Job summary

Kay Jewelers Outlet is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role focuses on training staff, maintaining standards, and promoting a positive store environment.

You will assist in managing team performance, coaching associates, and ensuring adherence to company policies while contributing to profit targets and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in achieving sales and profit projections.
• Maintain an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction through standards and service.
• Develop team members’ product knowledge through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members in accordance with company policies.
• Enforce all company policies and procedures and operate effectively.
