Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to join our Augusta store team. You will support the Store Manager, lead Teammates, recruit and train new staff, and contribute to a high level of guest service and sales performance.

The role moves from AIT to full Assistant Manager with expanded duties over time. You will supervise operations, maintain visual standards, and ensure policies for payments, returns, and Loss Prevention are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent guest service in a retail setting.
• Ability to coach and develop teammates for better performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for store operations.
