Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager in training to support store leadership, coaching Teammates, and driving sales. You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities include merchandising oversight, operations, scheduling, and executing Buckle standards. The role offers growth through progression from AIT to Assistant Manager with strong showmanship and performance

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Experience in training and developing teammates is preferred.
• Ability to recruit and onboard new teammates.
• Familiarity with store operations and merchandising processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and guest service to create an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Train, motivate, and develop Teammates and lead in absence of Store Manager.
• Oversee merchandising, zones, and visual presentation.
• Manage operations, scheduling, and loss prevention practices.
• Conduct interviews and participate in team development and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
