Boot Barn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Lake Worth, TX to support the Store Manager and drive sales, customer service, merchandising and team development in a busy western wear retailer.

You will coach partners, manage schedules, handle inventory, and collaborate with district leadership to meet goals while upholding Boot Barn values and policies. This full-time role requires flexibility, weekend work and travel up to 15% as needed; competitive pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent plus 2–4 years in retail store management.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams on selling floors.
• Strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Up to 15% travel to support local stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead partners to foster a service and selling culture and exceed sales goals.
• Coach and develop team; provide feedback and recognition.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, interviews, and training.
