Job summary

Boot Barn in Webster, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service, merchandising standards, and store operations while driving sales goals.

You will lead and coach associates, manage opening/closing procedures, schedule shifts, support interviewing and hiring, develop talent, and engage the local community through events and the Boot Barn loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and/or 2 to 4 years of experience in retail store management.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams in a selling environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead partners to foster a service & selling culture and exceed customer expectations.
• Review goals with partners, provide coaching, feedback, and recognition of excellence.
• Implement and maintain learning and training plans to improve store performance.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on scheduling, hiring, and policy communication.
• Plan and execute volume driving events with local community outreach.
• Lead and coach to enhance customer engagement and loyalty program participation.

Education
