Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Stockton, CA to lead daily store operations, coach staff, and drive sales. You will supervise scheduling, training, and performance, while upholding brand standards and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include executing selling strategies, managing inventory and cash handling, and ensuring visual merchandising meets corporate guidelines. This role reports to the Store Manager and supports a fast-paced retail environment.

Aufgaben

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when the Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs, goal setting, and follow up.
• Administer progressive discipline with verbal and written warnings.
• Engage the team to create a fun, productive environment aligned with company objectives.
• Adhere to Lids Brand Standards including dress code and policies.
• Schedule and staff the store, including calling in associates for peak periods.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on operations procedures.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safeguard inventory, funds and property.
• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and escalations to 'make it right'.
• Encourage participation in Lids membership programs and in-store offers.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Open and close the store following SOPs.
