Bath & Body Works in Miami is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead talent development, set performance expectations, and drive sales while upholding brand standards and daily store operations.

The role requires flexibility for peak days, evenings, weekends and holidays, with opportunities for growth within a globally recognized fragrance brand.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience and operational results in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Prior experience in a manager role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication and coaching skills.
• Must be available to work peak days and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations and goals with all associates.
• Lead as Store Manager on Duty to address customer experience and store issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to implement action plans and drive results.
• Execute floorset directions and bring the product story to life.
• Meet payroll targets through appropriate scheduling and coverage.
• Coach and motivate associates to improve selling and service.
