Job summary

Lucky Brand is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Nashville to support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will help execute store operations, maintain visual standards, and drive sales while inspiring associates and customers daily.

You will lead by example, demonstrate selling skills, and partner with leadership to develop talent, handle shifts, and ensure the store meets merchandising and service standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Co/Assistant Manager in apparel or retail (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and goals.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to create action plans to achieve results and grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Develop team members who are committed to delivering a great customer experience.
• Oversee assigned division of responsibility and be accountable for results.
• Ensure store merchandising and operations standards are met consistently.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and manage store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
