Job summary

Lucky Brand in Merrimack, NH is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in building a results-driven team and delivering an amazing customer experience. You’ll help execute all store operations and maintain a visually appealing store.

You will develop and engage managers, associates, and customers daily, bring energy to the team, and handle POS transactions and management tasks as needed. This role emphasizes leadership, adaptability, and customer focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Co/Assistant Manager in similar volume apparel business.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• May require occasional travel to other store locations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to create action plans to achieve results and grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Develop team members who are committed to delivering a great customer experience.
• Oversee assigned division and be accountable for results.
• Support the Store Manager to ensure merchandising and operations standards are met.
