Catalyst Brands seeks a Store Manager for our Lucky Brand locations to drive profitable sales growth by executing the store strategy, leading the team, managing merchandise, and ensuring operational excellence.

You will train and develop associates, implement sales-building programs, analyze performance, and maintain standards for service, shrink, safety, and attendance. This role targets a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and delivers measurable results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years retail leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilités

• Model, coach, and ensure outstanding customer service.
• Engage with associates and customers to improve interactions.
• Conduct store walkthroughs for pricing/signing accuracy.
• Analyze sales and expense data to identify opportunities.
• Communicate objectives and performance to the team.
• Drive sales through leadership interactions and walkthroughs.
• Improve store performance on key metrics.
• Lead Salon/Beauty and related specialty teams.
• Support shrink and safety initiatives.
• Meet established performance standards for sales, service, and productivity.
