ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, drive sales, control expenses, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will report to the Store Manager and develop the team while upholding ALDI’s values and policies.

The role involves leading interviews, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with procedures; offering training and guidance to staff to achieve high performance and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior management experience in retail preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with store manager guidance.
• Leads and develops store personnel; communicates responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Assists in action plans to improve operating results and personnel development.
• Trains and develops store personnel using company materials.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures and safety standards.
