ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, drive sales growth, and control expenses. You will report to the Store Manager and help develop a positive, collaborative team environment focused on customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, implementing action plans, and ensuring compliance with company policies while maintaining strong store KPI performance. 38-hour weeks with starting wages and potential increases.

Qualificações

• Ability to develop rapport, trust, and open communication that enhances the performance of the team.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team to provide effective leadership of store personnel and achieve planned results.
• Ability to understand and apply management principles to achieve store goals and compliance expectations.
• Ability to perform leadership and administrative duties.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, pallet jacks, handheld devices, computers, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees the resolution of employee and customer concerns in alignment with the store manager.
• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to store personnel with the store manager.
• Assists in developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results and personnel development.
• Leads store tours during interview events and provides hiring recommendations.
• Informs the store manager of team developments and concerns in a timely manner.
• Promotes teamwork and positive relationships among employees and partners.
• Trains and develops store personnel to their maximum potential using training materials.
• Ensures compliance with customer service principles and proper interactions with customers and co-workers.
• Prepares and revises weekly schedules in alignment with store manager guidance.
• Ensures adherence to expense, inventory, and cash-handling policies to minimize loss.
