Dollar Tree, Inc. seeks an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service, and team development. You will support opening and closing procedures, organize merchandise, and ensure sales floor and stockroom meet company standards.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and store management experience is preferred. You will supervise store associates, maintain a safe environment, handle payroll and scheduling tasks, and uphold policies while delivering

Qualifikationen

• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills required.

Aufgaben

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns they may have.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process all corporate directives and store communications related to activities.
• Maintain promotional effectiveness of store-front fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll/scheduling, and cash deposits/receipts.
• Maintain a well-stocked, clean store and organized stockroom to company standards.
• Protect and secure all company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines; ensure staff follow procedures.
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and colleagues.
• Keep all areas clean, restocked, and presentable; handle trash and cleaning tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
