• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results.
• Able to coach and develop associates on the floor.
• Thrives in a customer-first retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations and goals.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to improve results.
• Implement floorset direction to showcase products.
• Perform opening/closing routines and bank deposits.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team.
• Provide feedback to managers and teams.
• Meet payroll targets with proper staffing.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with product knowledge.
• Create connections with customers, uncover needs, and recommend products.
• Coach and motivate associates to improve selling and service.
• Reinforce selling expectations and accountability.
• Maintain safety standards and store appearance.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
