Bath & Body Works is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will help drive growth across the store, lead with our values, and elevate product knowledge to enhance the shopper journey.

Qualificações

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a manager role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations, results goals, and accountability with all associates.
• Lead leadership tasks as delegated by the Store Manager including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Partner with the Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and drive results.
• Implement and sustain floorset direction to bring the product story to life.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and receipt of shipment.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Meet payroll targets by ensuring appropriate sales floor coverage.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance, and accountability with all associates.
• All store positions require constant physical activity including standing, walking, reaching, lifting.
