You will attract, hire, coach, and retain top talent, set performance expectations, manage payroll, and lead selling through product knowledge and service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, exceptional customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a manager role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication and coaching skills.
• Availability to work peak days and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent including the store leadership team (SLT).
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations, results goals, and accountability with all associates through effective leadership.
• Own and delegate leadership tasks to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with the SLT to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
• Implement floorset direction to optimize the business and bring the product story to life.
• Lead opening and closing routines including deposits and shipments.
