Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
Effective communication with team and management.
Scheduling availability to meet business needs.
Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

30% Brand: supervise and plan associates' daily goals to drive sales and customer loyalty; ensure brand standards.
30% People: recruit, train and develop team; maintain positive associate relations; communicate Company information.
30% Operations: ensure execution of company processes and digital strategies including Omni-channel.
Store inventory management and payroll hours; schedule and payroll adjustments.
10% Safety/Loss Prevention: ensure safety and protect assets; manage inventory and cash controls; ensure HA/HAZMAT requirements.
