Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, supervise associates, and ensure superior customer experiences. You will support the Store Manager in all primary duties when needed, focusing on brand standards, team development, and process execution.

You will contribute to achieving KPIs and financial targets through planning, analysis, and effective communication, while maintaining a safe and inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Strong communication with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• 30% Brand: drive exceptional client experience, sales and loyalty, uphold brand standards.
• 30% People: train and develop teams, recruitment, coaching, and communication.
• 30% Operations: execute company processes, Omni-channel, inventory, payroll hours and scheduling.
