• Can effectively communicate with team and management
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required

Responsibilities

• 30% Brand: Oversees direction and planning of associates' daily goals to deliver an exceptional client experience
• 30% People: Trains and develops teams and recruits to fill positions as needed
• 30% Operations: Ensures execution of processes and Omni-channel fulfillment
• 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: Maintains safe store environment and protects assets, monitors inventory and cash controls
