Job summary

AT&T Severn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead and develop a retail team, ensuring customers receive best-in-class service across AT&T’s mobility and entertainment offerings. You will partner with the store manager to drive daily operations and achieve sales goals, including coordinating launches and promotional activities.

You will mentor a team of retail sales consultants, focusing on coaching for performance and coordinating customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change.
• Inspiring your team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of a retail store with a store manager partner.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to meet/exceed sales objectives.
• Provide an extraordinary customer experience for AT&T products and services.
• Lead outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events, as needed.
