AT&T in San Ramon, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the store manager, oversee daily operations, merchandising and product launches while driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will lead and coach a team of retail sales consultants, help meet and exceed store objectives, and participate in off-site events and promotions. AT&T provides paid training and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership needed for store management.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience and ability to train a team.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with mobility systems.
