Job summary

Crosby’s Stores in New York is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service, creating a clean, welcoming environment and driving store success.

You’ll supervise team members, manage inventory and merchandising, assist with scheduling and training, and ensure compliance with safety, food, tobacco, and company regulations. You’ll also handle cash processes and payroll-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends and 3 evenings per week
• Serve Safe certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and drive profitability
• Lead customer service and promote My Crosby’s Rewards
• Train and coach store associates; assist with scheduling
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, payroll review, and reporting
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations
