Crosby’s Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations in New York. You will support the Team Leader, supervise team members, and ensure a welcoming environment with high financial and service standards.

You’ll handle scheduling, training, cash handling, and compliance, while driving sales and customer satisfaction. This role offers career growth and reflects Crosby’s commitment to quality and value.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age and legal work status.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work 40 hours/week, including weekends.
• Experience preferred in retail or food service.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
• Serve Safe certification preferred; basic math skills for cash.
• Ability to verify customer identification and operate POS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly service and resolve customer concerns.
• Oversee daily operations, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Train and coach store associates; assist with scheduling.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and payroll reporting.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and report maintenance needs.
