Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, seeks an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to develop team members, deliver the best customer service, and embody our brand values. You’ll help manage daily operations and drive revenue while balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment at our Montgomery County store.

You will participate in hiring, training, scheduling, visuals, inventory, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Two to four years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Partner with Store Manager to drive revenue and manage operations.
• Oversee opening/closing, labor scheduling, and asset protection.
• Coordinate visual merchandising and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
