Job summary

Miniso is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and driving store performance. You will coach team members, maintain visual standards, and implement strategies to achieve sales and productivity goals.

You will lead a dynamic team, promote the membership program, and mentor trainee associates while ensuring inventory controls and strict adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred.
• Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related fields preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in retail management with leadership responsibilities.
• Willingness to relocate or manage additional stores; travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates and support Store Manager.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain merchandising standards.
• Drive sales, promote membership sign-ups and build customer loyalty.
• Assist with inventory, shipments, damages, returns, and supplies management.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and retain store staff in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to address shrink and ensure store security.
• Manage cash-handling procedures and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
