The role requires a minimum of 3 years in retail management, 18+ years old, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate the register.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a seamless customer experience.
• Build community connections through in-store events and initiatives and foster a welcoming environment.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel selling.
• Support hiring, development, and coaching of associates; drive performance and engagement.
