White House Black Market is seeking an Assistant Manager in Atlantic City to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a seamless customer experience. You will contribute to community connections while fostering a welcoming environment for associates and customers.

The role focuses on owning daily operations, coaching staff, and achieving store financial goals through strong leadership and an Omni-channel approach.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve the financial goals of the store and motivate the team.
• Assist in the hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Take ownership to ensure safe and efficient store operations including inventory management, daily replenishment of floor merchandise, and execution of inventories.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, guidelines, and business practices.
• Build community connections through in-store company-sponsored events, philanthropy, and other initiatives.
