Qualifications

• Two-plus years of management experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent education and experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise and lead 30–70 team members in the store.
• Interview, hire and train associates; plan, assign and direct work.
• Maintain store conditions and presentation; maximize sales and gross profit; ensure compliance with policies and laws.
