The role requires supervising 10–15 associates, hiring and training, maintaining safety standards, and achieving productivity goals in a retail grocery setting. A strong emphasis on teamwork and operational excellence is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 1–2 years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively.
• Ability to calculate discounts, profits, and related figures.
• Ability to apply basic algebra/geometry to everyday tasks.

Responsibilities
