Price Rite of ALLENTOWN is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, protect assets, and ensure presentation and service standards.

You will direct 100–150 team members, drive sales, manage payroll and inventory, and ensure adherence to company policies and applicable laws.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, customer focus and the ability to train and develop staff while delivering a great shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Two-plus years of related management experience.
• Associate degree preferred or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to speak before groups of customers or associates.
• Ability to compute figures and percentages accurately.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead 100–150 team members.
• Ensure store conditions meet company standards and safety rules.
