Job summary

POP MART, a leading global pop culture retailer, is seeking a Store Manager in King of Prussia to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experience.

You will coach a high-performing team, manage inventory, drive sales KPIs, and execute merchandising standards to reflect the brand's premium image. This role reports to the District/Area Manager and requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume, customer-focused stores.
• Strong leadership and team-development skills.
• Experience driving sales performance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own the store's financial performance including sales, payroll, expenses, profitability and operations.
• Lead KPI-driven initiatives: sales, conversion, UPT, ATV, payroll productivity, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction.
• Drive product launches, limited editions, and promotional campaigns.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and promote POP MART's brand and artists.
• Oversee scheduling, cash handling, inventory, shipments, replenishment, and store layout.
• Maintain a visually compelling store that reflects POP MART's premium brand.
